Our return window
Most physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and complete with all parts.
Cancellations
Please contact us promptly at concierge@eliteorderpoint.com or +1 989-835-7991. Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards, memberships and software codes once delivered.
- Opened supplements, personal care items and pet grooming products.
- Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
- Items designated final sale.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Returning an item
- Email concierge@eliteorderpoint.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely and send them with tracking.
Kindly await authorization before sending. Unless the return results from our error, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may require additional time to post them.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Gifts
Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you will be refunded as store credit. All other refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
