Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $80 or more. Orders below $80 carry a flat $7.49 shipping fee, displayed in your cart before checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most physical items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and tracking details are sent by email once your order is on its way.
How are digital items delivered?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address provided at checkout. If you cannot find yours, please check spam or promotions folders, then contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most unused physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items are final sale. Our Return & Refund Policy has the full details.
